It is also open to the public, but is very quiet at this time of year. The hotel has also advised me that there will be no live entertainment on the 8th.

Other Arrangements
If anyone would like to make any other arrangements Some people would like to make arrangements to visit the school or meet in Hemsworth (e.g. - lunch time drink/eats, visit school or some nostalgia trips / drinks) please let me know at so I can circulate (or David MacKenzie at willowhemhistory, so he can update the reunion message).
Last time I came up on the Friday and made a weekend of it. I visited the old village Friday evening (meal and met a couple of old neighbours) and Saturday visited a few places I never went to when I lived up there.

Still uncertain? - give it another thought, you may regret not attending. I have been to a number of reunions and they have all been very special and people did not spend all the time dwelling on the past.
Worried because you have lost your hair – come and join the club

Guess what, none of us look like we did when we left school.
Suggestion – why not meet up with a couple of friends before hand and come as a satellite group and see how it goes. If still not your thing, just leave. No one would be any the wiser, as the venue is open to the public.
